It's all about you 

 

Yes thats right, you. When asked to write content for the business “about us” page, it forced me to take a look at the company from a new perspective, who are we? what do we do? why do we do it? these questions plagued me for the next couple of days, I went back to the beginning and looked at where it all started, how the business has progressed, what changes have been made and why we had to make them. It quickly became clear that every aspect of the business over the last few months has been shaped and moulded by feedback from you, highlighting what changes need to be made to meet your needs and expectations. Time, cost, convenience, additional services and processes have all been implemented based on your experiences. In my personal experience and journey my only conclusion would be that the  “about” us page should be renamed to “about you”
