How it works:

  1. Make a booking by calling us on 0467 681 210, sending us an email at Swanseaphonerepairs@gmail.com or use Booking Online Form to confirm pick up time and location.
    a.  Must provide
            i. Full Name
           ii. Pick Up / Drop Off Time and Address
          iii. Contact Number
          iv. Email address
           v. Device Brand & Model
          vi. Issue with device

  2. Have your device ready in a zip locked bag.

  3. A Team Member will arrive and pick up your device.

  4. Our senior technician will call you with a quote and payment method.
           a. Cash 
           b. Card 
           

  5. After the device has been repaired you will receive an invoice via email.

  6. Device is delivered back to you.

  • Pick up location must be within a 10km radius from SWANSEA.

  • Phones must be contained in a Zip Locked Bag for pick up.

  • Service is available 7 days a week (Monday - Sunday). Same Day Pick Up 

  • Full payment must be confirmed before the device is returned.

  • Customers must be present at the arranged drop off location and time to accept delivery.

  • Turnaround for repairs is subject to:
          a. Parts availability
          b. Time taken for customer acceptance / rejection of quote
